Unlike a conventional magnetic strip with only one fixed magnetic orientation, M456D0 incorporates both polarities within the magnetic section. This makes it particularly useful when replacing only one side of an existing magnetic shower door seal, as it reduces the risk of the new strip repelling the old one because the polarity is reversed.
