Pavlova Parkway Rocky Road

The classic Christmas Pavlova has been given a Pebbly Path make-over... because we don't do "normal". We took the quintessential ingredients of an Aussie pavlova - real crunchy meringue, passionfruit and berries, then added pistachios, pillowy marshmallow and a nice rich chocolate, and turned the whole lot into one very festive block of rocky road. And there is a LOT going on in every bite. We've infused the chocolate with the taste of summer (passionfruit), added tart raspberries & blueberries to cut through the sweetness, pistachios and peanuts ramp the crunch factor way up, marshmallow does its soft squishy thing, and real meringues give you that unmistakable pavlova flavour *chefs kiss* Basically, it’s pavlova for people who like getting a bit of everything on their spoon at once. (And, who could perhaps do without transporting an actual pavlova in the car.) Our Pavlova Rocky Road is handmade in Mudgee, NSW, and only comes out for part of the year. It’s bright, a bit fancy without being Fancy, and very handy when you need a gift that feels much more thoughtful than the amount of effort you actually had to put into buying it. Teacher gift? Excellent. Christmas present for the person you have absolutely no idea what to buy? Nailed it. Something to put on the Christmas table and then hover suspiciously close to, so everyone else doesn’t eat it first? You're our people. It comes beautifully packaged and ready to gift in our very lovely hand-illustrated boxes - which are so pretty that you literally don't even need to wrap it yourself. Inside: a rich milk chocolate infused with passionfruit, soft & squishy marshmallow, real meringue, freeze-dried raspberries, dried blueberries and pistachios. Oh, and we've bedazzled it with festive pink and green sprinkles to boot. Sweet, tart, crunchy, chewy. And absolutely no boring bits. Pavlova is our limited-edition festive season flavour, so when this year’s lot is sold out, she’s gone until next Christmas.
