Loribaft Rug

This Persian Loribaft rug belongs to the group of fine rugs and, thanks to its elaborate and denser knotting, is the high-end variant of Gabbeh rugs. Loribafts take 4 to 6 times longer to make than standard Gabbeh rugs. The tightly twisted, hand-spun new wool gives the rug its sheen and vibrancy. These pieces are very soft, cosy and extremely durable. Loribaft patterns are often subtle and decorated with simple ornaments, which makes them timeless and easy to combine with a wide range of interior styles. Rugs knotted in India that skilfully reproduce the classic Loribaft motifs are also widespread. Bring cosy feel-good moments into your home now with a Loribaft rug from Morgenland!
