Our Big Eye-Dea Jumbo Liquid Liner was designed with a wide, felt tip applicator to create larger, bolder lines than traditional liquid liners. Perfect for winged liner or lining the upper lid. Dries down to a smudge-proof, semi-matte finish. Semi-matte, black finish Long-wearing Non-skipping For a thin line and more natural appearance, glide the pointed tip along the upper lash line. For a thicker line and more bold appearance, tilt the applicator at an angle and apply along the upper lash line. Apply the liner from the inner corner of the eye and move it along your lash line to the outer corner. This product is not suitable for use on the waterline. For best use, store the liner horizontally and ensure the lid is closed tightly to prevent the product from drying out.
