Bright red and dark fruit on the nose with floral, herbal and spice accents - notes reminiscent of plum, black cherry, black tea leaf and tarragon. Fresh, balanced and juicy palate - purely fruit-driven with an elegant, light tannic structure and a charming vibrancy. Pairing suggestions include coq au vin, braised beef agnolotti with brown butter and sage and dishes focusing on beetroot or duck.
