Early 1930s German Velvet and Rayon Dress <br> (B-36" W-30.5" H-41")

Vintage late 1920s / early 1930s German velvet and rayon dress. MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Bust - 36" Waist - 30 1/2" Hips - 41" Length - 41" Sleeve - 21" Neck - 15" Wonderful handmade dress. It has a very Babylon Berlin look. Dark blue velvet with teal rayon. It snaps up the back. The dress has a lot of handsewn details. There is some fading down the sleeves and general overall wear. Some staining along the collar and some light staining under the arms. The velvet on the skirt also has some stains. I have not tried to launder this; I do not know if it will color bleed. There is a stamp along the inside seam.
