And just like the song, this one's got a pretty memorable hook. Sweet Bartlett pears, apples and apricots meet aromatic cardamom, fresh ginger and superhot peach peppers for a complex blend of sweet, savoury and spicy. Then come the Szechuan peppercorns, bringing their signature tingling, tongue-numbing sensation that gives this sauce its name.
