Gastro Soothe™ is a blend of botanical extracts, which support a healthy gastric microbial balance and help maintain a healthy gastric mucosa. This formula may be helpful for occasional heartburn, bloating, or upset stomach. When does Dr. Jockers recommend this? This is one of the main products I use to help people with stomach or intestinal ulcers as well as individuals with H Pylori infections. What is the recommended dosage? Normal Dosage: 1 capsule – 2x daily away from meals (take 1-2 hours before or after meals) Advanced Dosage: 2 capsules – 2x daily away from meals (take 1-2 hours before or after meals) How should I begin taking this product? When introducing a new supplement, we recommend taking the lowest dose for 2-3 days. As tolerated, increase the dose until you have reached the recommended normal or advanced guidelines.
