Decant to enjoy now with full-bodied dishes or cellar for 5–8 years. Mon Tout 'Kind Animals' is an aromatic Red Blend made of 2025 vintage Grenache from Swan Valley, Shiraz from Geographe & Pinot Noir from Mount Barker, offering layers of dark berries, spice and subtle savoury notes, with a smooth, approachable palate and fresh acidity. Lightly chilled, it’s an easy-drinking yet quietly complex wine that pairs beautifully with rich, hearty dishes. Castle Rock 2024 Pinot is a bright yet concentrated Pinot Noir showing blackcurrant and strawberry fruit layered with subtle game and smoky char, balanced by fresh acidity. Fine tannins and vibrant structure lead to a long, elegant finish.
