A leaner, longer-lasting alternative to pig ears, with the hair left on for added function. Cow ears are naturally lower in fat than pig ears, which makes them a sensible option for dogs prone to weight gain or those with sensitive stomachs that struggle with richer chews. The hair is the differentiator here. As it passes through the digestive system it adds roughage and is traditionally thought to help bind to debris in the gut, supporting natural worm management as part of a wider routine. These are larger, full-sized ears — substantial enough for medium and large dogs to genuinely work on, rather than finishing in two minutes. No additives, no preservatives, no bleaching or chemical treatment. Just air-dried cow ear as it comes off the cow. Suitable for: Medium to large dogs, moderate chewers upwards. Smaller dogs may find these too big to manage comfortably — our standard cow ears or rabbit ears would be a better fit. Feeding guide: Offer as an occasional chew.
