Our Surplus Box is packed twice-yearly (shipping in January and April), designed to make the most of every batch we produce. Built around our Christmas and Easter seasons, each box features a curated selection of bonbons, chocolate bars, and seasonal pieces from our regular lineup. Each box includes a rotating assortment of favourites, including holiday overproduction and items that may not meet our usual packaging standards—bars that are slightly miswrapped, off-centre, or otherwise less than perfect in appearance, but just as delicious. No two boxes are exactly the same, and that’s part of the fun. By choosing the Surplus Box, you’re helping reduce waste while enjoying high-quality chocolate at a better value. Every box includes at least $150 worth of chocolate—and is always packed to exceed that value. Carefully made. Not always perfect. Always delicious.
