Ethiopia is believed to be the origin of coffee. We love keeping the history of coffee alive by offering you this fine variety. Our Ethiopian is from Yirgachaffe when available. If not, we choose a very similar tasting coffee from a nearby region such as Limu. The Cup: Soft and sweet with caramelized sugar flavours, citric acidity and savoury aftertaste.
