We carefully create our own Belgian Candi syrup for each batch to provide a perfect mild golden sweetness and balance the malt character in the beer. 'Can' you tell? Creating with many mediums Anita brings inspiration from her strong connection to the many landscapes called home including King Valley, Victoria. We chose this piece as it really stood out for us for our flagship beer Waiting for Godot....the dream will not just come you must stand up and make it happen. The bright landscape and green pastures gave us a glimpse into our future we wanted to create with our dream that is King River Brewing.
