Italian floor to ceiling wall unit or room divider in teak, 1960s

This Italian vintage freestanding wall unit comes from the 1960s. Designed as a modular and architectural storage solution, this piece perfectly reflects the functional elegance of Italian mid-century design. It also can serve as a stylish room divider. Overall set size is H: 283 / W: 84 / D: 40 cm. The unit features three open shelves and a cabinet with two spacious drawers. It is supported by black-painted metal and teak uprights resting on refined brass feet, creating a light and balanced appearance, contrasting warm teak wood. This vintage wall unit is entirely modular, and one can raise or lower all the parts, as well as interchange them as needed. Brass and solid teak details make this piece a great mid-century addition to your living room or bedroom. This set consists of: a cabinet with drawers: H: 50 / W: 79 / D: 40 cm (drawers inner height 7 cm), 3 shelves, 24.5 cm depth, 2 black-painted metal and teak uprights 283 cm long (brass feet can be adjusted to 315 cm). The wall unit has been renovated. The wood has been cleaned and finished with thin layers of satin lacquer, very reminiscent of the original one. Metal parts have been repainted. Overall in great renovated condition. Drawers work properly.
