Position Overview We are looking for a Sales & Applications Engineer to provide technical and commercial support for advanced Motion Control systems, serving leading customers in the semiconductor, electronics, medical, printing, defense, and robotics industries. This role combines Application Engineering with full-cycle technical sales management — from understanding customer requirements and preparing quotations, through contract negotiations, to implementation and technical support throughout both the pre- and post-sales process. Key Responsibilities Project Management Closely manage customer projects from initial quotation requests through negotiations, delivery, and customer approval. Monitor project progress and ensure customer requirements are met throughout the process. Application Support Define and develop solutions for complex motion control applications. Conduct product demonstrations and technical training sessions for customers. Provide technical support during both pre-sales and post-sales stages. Business Development Identify market trends and customer needs. Analyze market opportunities and competitive activities to support business growth and improve sales strategy. Generate and develop new business opportunities. Company Representation Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, partner seminars, and customer meetings. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with customer engineering and development teams. Coordinate with global suppliers and international partners. Requirements Education B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Experience 1–3 years of relevant experience in engineering design, application engineering, or technical sales within high-tech or industrial environments. Personal Skills Self-directed with the ability to work independently. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong customer-oriented mindset. Communication Excellent communication and presentation skills. Professional and confident customer-facing capabilities. Languages Excellent English skills (written and spoken). Comfortable working with international suppliers and global partners. Mobility Valid driver's license. Willingness to travel frequently across Israel.
