Alcohol: 12.5% Soil: Clay-Limestone Winemaking: The grapes, from our vineyards, were transported in 22 kg plastic crates and subjected to rigorous sorting upon arrival at the winery. Subsequently, the whole bunches, with stems and without any crushing, were carefully placed in the temperature-controlled fermentation tank, where they fermented with indigenous yeasts and minimal extraction. Ageing: 12 months in used 225-liter used French oak barrels. Tasting Notes: A light ruby color, the nose shows excellent freshness and aromatic projection, highlighting red fruits of enormous freshness, very well integrated with subtle spice notes. The palate begins very harmoniously, evolving into a wine of excellent balance and elegant structure. A very captivating wine that finishes with excellent balance and persistence.
