Chocolate Chip Cannoli Dessert Pizza

I've been trying to come up with a good dessert pizza option for the cold weather months for years -- something that doesn't rely on season fruit. Then, when I was in Boston for a short visit last Fall, I was literally in the street double fisting a couple cannolis when I had one of them "ah ha" moments. This Cannoli Dessert Pizza is everything I hoped it would be, and I hope you love it. **We are so lucky to live where we live. Because for our sweet creamy cannoli filling, we use the prima dolce ricotta from Grande Cheese, and the mascarpone is made with our farm's milk by Belgioioso. The absolute best in the country -- and they're both made right here.
