Saumur-Champigny
In Bordeaux, one of the main grapes is Cabernet Sauvignon; in the Loire, they prefer its relation, Cabernet Franc. It produces wines with blackcurrant fruit and a leafy note in the background that’s reminiscent of green bell peppers and tomato stalks. Herbal freshness in a glass.
