Wild White Tea 荒野白茶 2021

Location : WuYi Shan Da shui Keng (Da shui keng village ) Harvest time : 2021 Spring Cultivar : Qi Zhong (奇种） Feature My warehouse is full of unusual and unique teas, like this rare white tea. It has been processed for many years, and while organizing the warehouse recently, I thought I’d bring it out for everyone to taste. It is made from the special variety grown in Wuyi Mountain, fully sun-dried and then roasted, preserving the tea’s original flavor. The leaves are completely ecological and organic. The brewed tea is very sweet—just one rinse with hot water fills the air with a fragrant sweetness. Don’t be fooled by its rough exterior; its interior is rich and complex. Compared to gongfu tea, I think this white tea is better suited for a grandfather’s style of brewing, or perhaps for slow brewing in a teapot.
