Huia Marlborough Riesling 2024

Pale lemon. Key lime pie, lemon sorbet, citrus blossom, lime leaf, nectarine, honeysuckle. Racy acidity tempered with a tiny amount of residual sugar placing this wine very much in the dry style. Lemon zest, pie crust, granny smith apple and daffodils lead to a flinty, mineral flinty. Sourced from certified organic vineyards in the Waira valley. Simple, stainless steel tank ferment for freshness. Indigenous yeast to start and finished ferment with organic yeast. Filtered with a small amount of SO2 added before bottling.
