Old-world methods, start to finish. One practical note: bronze can leave a harmless greenish tint on skin from oxidation. My fix?… A thin silver sleeve on the inside… literally a silver lining. The darker ring in the photos is mine, worn daily, so you can see the developed patina over time. As a metalsmith, I’ve always believed bronze deserved more attention. With gold and silver prices climbing, I think collectors are finally starting to agree. There’s something primal about it. The Bronze Age was the moment humanity learned to transform raw earth into tools, weapons, and identity. Wearing bronze meant skill and craft, not just wealth. That ethos still holds.
