CUSTOMISATION

We are pleased to offer a customisation service for our website frames and mounts. This service allows you to adjust a frame and/or mount to create a bespoke item perfectly suited to the piece you wish to frame. How to customise your Frame and/or Mount Please contact us before purchasing the customisation service so we can advise you on the best option for your request. Once you have received our reply, please: Add the recommended customisation service required from our drop down menu. Add the item(s) to be customised (Frame and/or Mount). Include your customisation details in the ‘Special Instructions’ box at checkout. Please note: the 'Special Instruction' added at checkout will not appear on your emailed invoice, but it will be visible to us when processing your order. Once we receive your order, we will prepare and produce your customised frame or mount. Customisations typically require an additional 2–3 working days, although we will always do our best to complete your order within our usual turnaround times. The customisation fee covers the labour involved in setting up your request, precision cutting, and any associated material wastage. We can also create an individual 'Custom Invoice' that shows your custom request. This means that you will not need to leave any 'Special Instruction' note. The cost of the 'Custom Invoice' option includes Custom Frame and Mount Cutting.
