Vintage Long Sleeve Silk Dress by Nordstrom

Here is a stunning long sleeve dress from the 70s/80s by Nordstrom. 100% silk. Teal blue fabric with little designs throughout. I'm not sure what they are supposed to be...probably floral, but they almost look like cute, fat hearts. Three buttons on the left shoulder, three on each cuff, and small shoulder pads. This one is super light weight, sheer, soft and comfy. It's in excellent condition with years of life left!
