Please review section details carefully before reserving. Section A – $1,200 Four (4) 8-foot tables (Premium Front Placement) Section B – $450 Two (2) 8-foot tables Section C – $150 Single (1) 8-foot table Section D – $100 Single (1) 8-foot table – Alcove Placement Section E – $325 Two (2) 8-foot tables – Back Corner Placement Please select your section carefully when booking. Availability is limited per section. Each Vendor Space Includes: 8-foot table(s) as specified above Chairs provided by the venue Free vendor parking Inclusion in event marketing and promotion Access to high-traffic tournament and trade floor Concessions will be hosted on-site by The Coliseum. Event Programming This is a large-scale Trade-N-Play event featuring: 🏆 TCG Tournaments 🎁 Sponsored Kids Shopping Spree promotion 🧑🤝🧑 Dedicated trade and play activity throughout the venue Strong foot traffic is expected throughout the day. Vendor Setup & Arrival Vendors must be fully set up by 9:30 AM. Doors open to the public at 10:00 AM. Vendors arriving after 9:30 AM may forfeit their table without refund. Please allow sufficient time for unloading and setup. Tablecloth Requirement Floor-length tablecloths are mandatory. If needed, tablecloths will be available for purchase on-site for $10 each. Vendor Policies All table purchases are final. Tables are non-refundable and non-transferable. All vendors must comply with event rules, venue policies, and staff instructions. No subleasing or sharing of tables without prior written approval. Vendors are responsible for their own payment processing and inventory security. All sales activity must comply with applicable laws. By purchasing a vendor space, you acknowledge and agree to the policies above. Media Notice: This event will be photographed and video recorded for promotional purposes. By participating as a vendor, you grant M&M Video Games and TCG Trade-N-Play permission to use photos or video of your booth and likeness in marketing materials.
