ASKAR 0.75x REDUCER FOR 60F

The Askar 0.75x Flattener/Reducer for the 60F is a triplet corrector compatible with up to full frame sensors. The 0.75x reduction factor shortens the focal ratio of the 60F to f/5.1, shortening the exposure time and increasing the field of view. When paired with this flattener/reducer, the focal length of the 60F becomes 311mm, transforming it into an extremely capable widefield astrograph. The flattener/reducer has a backfocus requirement of 55mm, making it straightforward to connect common imaging trains. The 60F flattener/reducer has both M48 x 0.75 and M54 x 0.75 camera-side thread adapters. An internal M48 x 0.75 thread allows you to attach standard 2" filters. CNC-machined metal threaded end caps protect the optics of the reducer when not in use.
