Apple Tayberry Cider

Artisan Cider handcrafted from a blend of BC apples and tayberries. This combo has a big flavour and a complex character with low residual sugar. Tayberries, a cross between a blackberry and a red raspberry, are aromatic, have a semi-tart flavour, and a beautiful maroon colour. We pick them at the height of ripeness when those sweet-tart raspberry/ blackberry notes are at their peak. What’s in the Worx you ask?
