1950s/60s Waldes Black Velvet Cocktail Bag

Black velvet evening bag by Waldes USA, dating from the 1950s/60s. The bag has gold-tone metal ends, a short chain strap and a top zipper. It is lined in black satin-like fabric and has one main compartment. The short chain can be worn around the wrist. Measurements: • Width approx. 17 cm / 6.75" • Height at centre approx. 10 cm / 4" • Chain strap approx. 17 cm / 6.75" In excellent condition. A small section of the chain has some dulling, as shown in the photos. The velvet and interior are both in very good condition.
