La Villana Vino Bianco 2023

Comprised of Procanico – the aromatically-rich local take on Trebbiano – with a dash of Malvasia and Roscetta, crushed by foot and pressed directly, then raised in fiberglass tanks. Yellow plums and apricots are met with Meyer lemon and orange peel and a beautiful, bright, green apple aftertaste. The volcanic soils of Lake Bolsena bring out the high acidity and energy of this sulfur-free number. Fun, fresh, and vibrant, with a perfectly afternoon-worthy low ABV.
