Champagne Ayala is Bollinger's sister house, and produces Champagnes of exceptional freshness and elegance that have earned devoted admirers. The Rosé Majeur is built around the house's signature Chardonnay-led approach, with 50% Chardonnay driving a wine of real delicacy and precision. Pale pink with a delicate hue, it opens with charming and generous aromas of red berries and vine peaches before revealing a light, expressive palate of great freshness, red gooseberries and raspberries with a lengthy, voluptuous finish. Every step of production takes place at the Ayala cellars in Aÿ.
