Rocky

Note from Sundara... I always love a beach scene and I liked that this one was more rocky than sandy. It reminds me of the beaches around where I'm from. And the color allowed me to overlay the dark aqua-teals with nuance. The resulting color ended up being what you might think of when someone says "simple elegance." I get asked a lot what to knit with this yarn. It's quickly become one of my favorite yarn bases. It's smooth, soft, and silky, and I like it in anything garter, as the garter is lofty and just kind of works well with it. I find it best on US 3-5 needles. Something like a single color "Drachenfels" by Melanie Berg. Which most of us may have already knit, but it's a classic. I've knit it in a single color and it's divine. Can't go wrong. Would knit again. And again. Especially in this yarn. "Rocky" will not be dyed again. One batch available.
