GREC Course Approval Code: 74272 Course Description: This course covers the required areas of Georgia License laws and Georgia Real Estate Commission Rules that licensees are required to be educated on, per GREC Rule 520-1-.05(1)(e) ,during each renewal period. The goal of this class is to cover all required sections of Georgia License Law as well as Georgia Real Estate Commission Rules, while simultaneously offering examples throughout the presentation of scenarios that make the laws and rules apply to the everyday practice of real estate.
