The strap is removable for easy cleaning and has our unique "comfort strap" system over the buckle for easy use, no tangled hair when buckling this for play time. Adjustable from 13"-19" from the center of the ball (measure from the back of the neck around the face with open mouth for accurate sizing). Ball itself if 1.85" diameter.
