Ruby Diamond Double Heart Ring

A remarkable French diamond and ruby double heart ring, beautifully designed with two entwined hearts surmounted by an elegant diamond-set bow, symbolising love and unity. Crafted in silver-topped 18ct gold. The two principal stones are set in open-backed collets and comprise a natural Thai ruby weighing approximately 0.75 carats and an old-cut diamond weighing approximately 0.55 carats, assessed as J–K colour. The hearts are surrounded by a border of old-cut diamonds, all set in traditional closed-back settings, creating a wonderful contrast of sparkle and period character. The total diamond weight is estimated at approximately 1.10 carats. The shank bears a French owl import mark for gold and a French swan mark for silver.
