Fermentation & Pitching Details Extreme Temperature Flexibility: Ferments cleanly across a wide range of 16–34°C (60–94°F) with minimal off-flavours, eliminating the need for tight temperature control. Pressure-Tolerant: Capable of fermenting under pressures up to 12 PSI, ideal for closed-system or Spunding fermentations. Flocculation: Medium to High, leading to rapid clarification post-fermentation. Attenuation: High attenuation range of 75–83%.
