What is a Virtual EMF Survey? A guided, remote assessment of the electromagnetic environment in your home, led by a trained EMF surveyor. Either way, you measure each room in your own time following the guidelines provided. We then hold a one-hour video call where our EMF surveyor reviews your readings with you, identifies any areas where levels are higher than Building Biology guideline ranges and talks through practical ways you may be able to reduce them. The meters are yours to keep so you can remeasure whenever you wish. If you already own compatible meters, please confirm in writing which models you have before booking so we can check they cover everything we need. We will let you know if anything is missing. The survey cost is then reduced. The process We take care of every step. You do not need any technical experience to move through it with ease. 1. Book your Virtual EMF Survey. Choose the survey with the meter bundle, or the survey on its own if you already own compatible meters. 2. Receive your survey pack. Clear room-by-room instructions and guidance for measuring outside. 3. Flag the key things. In your pack we ask you to note anomalies such as solar panels, heat pumps, EV charging units, pools, power lines, cell towers, antennas, distribution lines and homes with more than three bedrooms, so your surveyor knows where to focus. 4. Take your readings in your own time, at different points across the day and evening if you wish. 5. Have your guided call. Arranged at your convenience. Your surveyor works through your measurements and concerns carefully and methodically and shares practical guidance. 6. Receive your follow-up email to cover anything left over before your file passes to the wider Conscious Spaces team. What we need from you Your address and postcode Written confirmation of your meters (which ones do you have), if you are using your own rather than the bundle To read & digest the Virtual EMF Survey pack Your completed meter logs, and all key anomalies flagged An email address and a phone number so we can arrange your call That is it. We guide you through the rest. Scheduling Once you have actioned the survey pack and completed the meter readings logs in your own time, we will liaise with you to confirm a call time with your surveyor. We welcome clients worldwide. All work is conducted remotely. Service terms: Virtual EMF Survey 1. What you are purchasing A guided remote EMF survey, comprising a meter bundle (or use of your own confirmed compatible meters), a survey pack, a pre-check of your area, a one-hour guided video call with a trained surveyor and one follow-up email. This is an advisory wellbeing and indoor environment consultation. It is not a medical, therapeutic, clinical or certified surveying service. 2. Payment Payment is taken in full at the time of booking. The service fee is non-refundable once the call has taken place. Where a meter bundle is included, our standard product returns policy applies to the meters. 3. Snapshot nature of the survey A Virtual EMF Survey provides a guided snapshot of readings taken by you with the meters provided. It does not replace our in-person professional survey, which uses calibrated equipment operated by a surveyor throughout your property. 4. Scheduling and rescheduling Your call is confirmed by email once your survey pack is complete. If you need to reschedule please do so at least 48 hours before your call. Requests received inside 48 hours may result in forfeiture of your call. We will always try to accommodate genuine emergencies where we can. 5. Cancellations If you wish to cancel before the call has taken place you may request a refund of the service fee within 14 days of purchase, provided the call has not yet taken place. Meters are subject to our standard returns policy. 6. What this service is and is not The Virtual EMF Survey is an advisory wellbeing and indoor environment consultation. It is not a medical consultation, and nothing discussed within your call or contained in any report constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It is not a building survey, structural survey or certified indoor environmental survey, and it does not replace assessment by a qualified surveyor, medical practitioner or licensed inspector. Recommendations are advisory only, based on the readings and information you provide and you retain full discretion over whether and how to act on them. 7. Confidentiality The content of your consultation is confidential. We will never share details with third parties without your consent except where required by law. 8. Intellectual property Any written report is provided for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, publish or share it commercially without the written consent of Conscious Spaces Ltd. 9. Consumer rights These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 10. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conscious Spaces' total liability to you arising out of or in connection with this service, whether in contract, tort including negligence, misrepresentation or otherwise, is limited to the fees paid by you for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. 11. Governing law and jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
