Koshava Gamza Cabernet Franc

Gamza is the Bulgarian name for Kadarka - a thin skinned difficult to grow grape that when carefully handled is capable of producing pale coloured chillable crunchy red wines such as this. Pale with an attractive garnet colour, this wine has notes of plum and damson, attractive warm spice and hints of herbal characters. On the medium-bodied palate there is good fresh acidity, smooth tannins and berry fruit notes.
