I’m Amy — a proud mom of three energetic boys. My family and I moved to beautiful Colorado in 2021, and it quickly became home. I fell in love with sourdough baking over six years ago, and in 2024 I turned that passion into Simply Sourdough LLC, my little cottage bakery.
