After graduating from the Department of Sculpture at Nagoya University of Arts, the artist studied under Emilio Greco at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma. From 1997 to 1999, the artist served as a professor at Nagoya University of Arts. The artist's works primarily depict cityscapes and landscapes of Rome, Venice, Sicily, the Dolomites, and other locations in Italy.
