Wave Hoops, Gold

Eileen Gray coined E—1027 as "her boat" because of its close proximity to the water. When sitting indoors, the line of her balcony matched the line of the horizon. Our Wave Hoops are a nod to Gray's desire to bring nature as close as possible. These rounded high-gloss wave shapes swing from the lobe, rolling light around their bulbous forms. Crafted in sterling silver and plated in 18k yellow gold. Earring length approximately 3.8cm.
