[Pre-Order] Jade Gross Moon Rocket Magnum 2025 White

The Tempranillo blanco is sourced from the valley of Alto de Najerilla; being the youngest of the blend, it brings high proportion of fruit. The Malvasia’s crispness to the wine comes from a high altitude vineyard in Rivas de Tereso while the Viura and the Garnacha blanca are sourced from limestone-clay soils in Labastida giving the final blend honeyed tones, depth and minerality. The grapes were harvested separately in 18 kg crates, and were directly pressed. The wines were cold decanted before each variety fermented in their own 500-liter barrel. For the first time, this special coupage is made from a variety of different toasting levels. The wine aged for 6 months in barrel before bottling. Production bottle: 150 Magnums
