The leather comes from Chahin Leather, where four generations have perfected the art of traditional vegetable tanning. Slowly veg tanned using natural tree bark tannins and drum dyed for rich, deep color, this leather is heavily stuffed with waxes, greases, and tallows to create a belt with exceptional durability, character, and comfort that only gets better with age. Each belt is hand cut from thick full grain leather and finished completely by hand. The stitchless edges are carefully beveled and burnished black for a clean, rugged look with a subtle low sheen. At 1 1/2" wide, this is the widest work belt I offer while still fitting standard belt loops comfortably. The matte black roller heel bar buckle is solid brass with a premium PVD finish — not painted. PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) is the same high-end process used on luxury watches and golf clubs, creating an extremely durable black finish that resists scratching, chipping, and wear far better than standard painted hardware. The buckle is attached with Chicago screws, making it fully removable and easy to swap if desired. Every belt is custom made to your exact size. The best way to order is by measuring an existing belt, but I can also work from your pants waist size if needed but you must let me know it is a pants size. If you order a 34 then the middle hole will be at 34. Please note that belt size is usually 2–3 inches larger than pants size. Standard belts come with 5 holes unless you request 7 holes.
