Contracor RCV Remote Control Valve

The Contracor RCV remote control valve provides efficient and safe operation of blasting equipment and is specially developed for Contracor blast pots such as the BlastRazor Z-100, Z-200 and other blasting systems. This system allows a single operator to start and stop the blasting machine easily, directly from the end of the blast hose. Easy and safe operation When you press the hand lever, the RCV valve opens, the blast pot is pressurised and the blasting process starts. When the hand lever is released, the valve closes automatically, the blasting process stops immediately and the pressure in the pot is safely relieved. Dual function for maximum control The RCV system has two integrated functions: it regulates the compressed air supply to the blasting machine and, at the same time, provides safe and controlled depressurisation of the system. This is made possible by a dual valve system with an integrated silencer. Key features: Designed for use with Contracor BlastRazor Z-100 and Z-200 blast pots and comparable equipment. Remote operation by one person. Automatic pressure relief via integrated silencer. Available as RCV-1 (1¼”) and RCV-0 (½”). Excludes twin-line hose and hand lever.
