Black Forest Bûche de Noël

Tender chocolate sponge cake, vanilla Italian buttercream and Flathead cherries soaked in Kirschwasser from our very own Montgomery Distillery here in Missoula. All covered in bittersweet ganache "bark" with vanilla bean meringue mushrooms. So much fun and so much yum! Decoration may vary slightly from photo.
