Ring O' Fire Cayenne Pepper

Back to the days working under legendary seedsman Rich Pecoraro and Abbondanza Farm (now MASA Seed Foundation). Ring-O-Fire is an improved cayenne that matures earlier and has a glossy red skin. Prolific plants reach heights of 18" tall and can produce loads of thin-skinned fruits, great for eating fresh, dried or powdered. Heat is more mild than other cayenne varieties, resulting in peppers that are excellent for fresh preparations. Seed can be saved at scale using either the dry or wet processing method. We found better success using drying. Just be careful. The cayenne dust is potent and gets everywhere.
