Château Clinet 2022

France / Bordeaux / Pomerol Clinet, one of the oldest châteaux in Pomerol, is situated high up on the famous plateau in the heart of Pomerol. In the vineyards, vines up to 85 years old grow on sandy loam and gravel soils, whose nutrients and minerals produce almost magical wines. Every grape that enters the winery undergoes a strict selection process. And the must from each parcel is vinified and aged separately to preserve its unique terroir character. This is followed by the blending of the wines from the different parcels, resulting in balanced cuvées with complex aromas and an incomparable character. A vintage may be unpredictable, but the identity of Clinet is unmistakable.
