Naka Ripe Pu-erh Tea is the first ripe Pu-erh tea released by Chenshenghao from its Naka tea base. Since 2012, Chenshenghao has maintained a long-term thirty-year partnership with the Lahu village of Naka, focusing on protecting the mountain, stabilizing raw materials, and preserving the authentic character of Naka tea. For thirteen years, Naka was known for its raw Pu-erh tea, loved for its high aroma, sweet liquor, and refreshing finish. The creation of a ripe Pu-erh version required both stable large-tree raw materials and confident fermentation craftsmanship. After fourteen years of cooperation with the Naka village and nearly twenty years of experience in traditional pile fermentation, Chenshenghao finally released this first Naka ripe tea in 2026. This tea uses a moderate fermentation process designed to retain Naka’s signature fragrance and cooling mountain character while developing the smooth, mellow warmth of ripe Pu-erh. The tea cake shows natural golden buds, formed through the fermentation of large-tree tea material rather than artificial blending or surface decoration. When brewed, the liquor is deep red, bright, and clean. The first impression is purity, with no obvious pile-fermentation odor or unwanted mixed notes.
