However, please note that damage caused by customer misuse or mishandling is not covered under the warranty. So to ensure that your InfraPod lasts as long as possible, please follow the instructions carefully when setting up, using, and maintaining the device, and avoid exposing it to extreme weather, sharp objects, or any other damaging conditions. If you do encounter any defects please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist you with the warranty claim process.
