The Rosso Toscana IGT by I Forestieri is a table wine in the best possible sense of the term: direct, juicy and effortlessly drinkable. It’s the kind of wine you open for an improvised lunch or a barbecue with friends. Easy to drink, but never boring. Inside the glass, you’ll find the most authentic side of the Upper Maremma: mainly Sangiovese, with Ciliegiolo and Trebbiano adding freshness and lift. Fermented in concrete with a generous portion of whole bunches, bringing extra aroma and vibrancy to the wine. A short maceration keeps it light and flowing, with no fining or filtration.
