Whole Pasteurised Egg | 10kg

This pack contains 10kg of liquid whole egg (equivalent to 200 medium sized shelled eggs.) which has been filtered to remove impurities, homogenised to blend yolk with white and then pasteurised to destroy naturally occurring harmful bacteria. Using pasteurised liquid egg bring several benefits over the use of individual eggs. It has a longer shelf life, it can be precisely measured and it reduces the potential of harm from bacteria such as salmonella.
