Green Sgain-dubh

"Green Sgain-dubh" This full tang version of the Scottish Black Knife is forged from 1084 high carbon steel. The blade is edge quenched and has etched, hand-rubbed bevels along with forge marked/acid soaked flats and a file worked thumb rest for grip and orientation. This blade has just over a 4" cutting edge and is just under 8 1/4" overall, weighing in at 4.8 oz. The contoured handle scales are Fluorescent Green "Grip Tech" with a translucent Blue matrix in the scales and are secured with Black G-10 pins. This knife also has an exposed lanyard hole and pommel as well as an etch tang. This knife comes with a tooled/two-toned "universal" leather pouch sheath with a stainless steel clip by Gerald Harper, Saddle Mountain Leather.
